A conveyor built for better box unloading

Anyware Robotics supplies a patent-pending conveyor add-on for companies using Pixmo specifically for box unloading tasks.

Throughput is greatly enhanced because the Pixmo robot arm simply “pulls” to the conveyor, minimizing the distance the robot arm needs to travel to unload each box.

In the past, picking boxes in the top two layers of a truck or container was most challenging because the suction gripper had to grasp the box from the sides instead of the top. Now with the conveyor add-on, the box weight is transferred from the gripper to the conveyor which increases unloading speed and reliability.

With Pixmo and the conveyor add-on, throughput is up to 1000 boxes per hour and the box weight capacity is an industry-leading 65 pounds.

 Conveyor Unloading
Simpler motion, better reliability
Box handling reliability is enhanced with the conveyor add-on. Box weight is transferred from the gripper to the conveyor, nearly eliminating box drops and increasing the range of box qualities that Pixmo can unload. With Pixmo and the conveyor add-on, throughput is up to 1000 boxes per hour and the box weight capacity is an industry-leading 65 pounds.
